Simply blend the eggs, cheese, cream, salt, and hot sauce together, then pour the mixture evenly into 7 portions of the molds. Place the lid on the molds and gently place them in the instant pot with 1 cup of water in the bottom. Select the "steam" setting and set to 8 minutes. Once done, carefully remove the egg bites from the instant pot and let them cool down for a few minutes. You can also place bacon or cheese in the bottom of the molds before adding the egg mixture. The egg bites can be stored in the fridge and reheated with your favorite toppings when ready to serve.
